Kelley Diona Miller was born in the heart of Panama City, FL and moved to Orlando the month she turned eighteen and graduated from high school, drawn to the vibrant energy of the city to attend the University of Central Florida.
As a community leader, Kelley Diona currently serves as an Executive Committee Member for the Seminole County NAACP Branch and has held positions as Secretary and 3rd Vice President, board member for Greater Orlando Society Human Resources Management, President of her Homeowners Association, Life Coach for Jobs Partnership, Leadership Seminole Alumni, board member for the Association of Talent & Development, SEMDEMS Diversity Chair and Precinct Captain, Seminole County delegate for the Florida Democratic Party, and working the boiler room for Florida Voters Protection during the 2016 general and primary elections.
Kelley Diona holds the SHRM-CP and is a Certified Facilitator Addiction Awareness for HR (CFAA-HR). She is also a Certified Master Trainer teaching both Human Resources and Project Management Professional certifications for those wanting to earn the designation to increase their career portfolio. Kelley Diona regularly speaks at conferences and workshops on a variety of Human Resource topics. She most recently earned the designation of Mental Health First Responder.

Kelley Diona is running to tackle our homeowner's insurance crisis, protect reproductive and voter rights, fight the affordability crisis, and take common sense approaches to tackle gun laws, mental health, and substance abuse challenges in Florida. Kelley Diona knows all Floridians are entitled to the freedom to be healthy, prosperous, and safe. Kelley Diona has lived in the Sanford/Lake Mary area since 2009. She is the proud mom to her 12-year-old son Keagan Elias.
